We are happy to model both approaches so you can compare.
Yes. We start by reviewing the existing control and design models, because taking over a function without validating what it is built on just inherits the problems. From there we can take on as much or as little of the function as you want.
We can do either. Some projects want a manager coordinating their existing crews and subcontractors, others want us to provide both. The role is the same, it is the resourcing that changes.
