We quote each job. A single house slab, a group of townhouses and a commercial building are priced differently, so we go through the drawings with you first and give you a price that reflects the actual work involved.
Often, yes. On a new estate lot the boundary pegs may have been disturbed during earlier works, and setting a house out from a missing or moved peg puts the whole building in the wrong place. Because we do the licensed cadastral work too, we can confirm the boundary and set out the building in one visit.
Yes. We set out the slabs, grids and services for each dwelling, and our cadastral team can prepare the strata plan or subdivision once the buildings are up.
No. We mark out where the building goes to the approved plans. A Building Surveyor issues the permit and carries out mandatory inspections. Most projects need both.
